The first kiss was raw and passionate, the last hour’s frustrations having built up to explode in that one moment. The second kiss, softer, gentler, told of the feelings between them. Harm pulled away softly. “I love you, Sarah,” he whispered, “and I want you, but I don’t want to pressure you.” Mac smiled, soft and seductive, and stepped away from Harm. She took his hand and slowly led him into the bedroom. “I love you,” she whispered back, “and I want you, and you could never pressure me. I want this just as you do.” Harm pulled Mac into his arms, and as they stood beside the bed, he kissed her softly. Mac wrapped her arms around Harm’s neck and pulled him onto the bed and on top of her. Soft caresses, passionate kisses, and whispered words of love set the base for their lovemaking. Breathy sighs and desire-filled moans marked points of pleasure. A cry of each other’s names pinpointed their mutual climax, and contented sighs portrayed the after-glow of their passion. Mac smiled against Harm’s shoulder and traced abstract patterns on his chest. “I can’t believe all it took for us to get to this point was a dance,” she commented quietly. Harm chuckled slightly. “You know, I didn’t even want to dance with you at the time. I had been trying to avoid you.” Mac propped herself up on an elbow, staring at Harm incredulously. “I was trying the avoid you!” she exclaimed. “How did we end up dancing together?” Harm shrugged slightly. “I dunno. And frankly, I don’t care. I’m just glad we did.” Mac smiled and lay back down, sighing slightly. “Me too,” she whispered.
